- Prices are intended per room per night.
- Breakfast is included in our offers.
- Rooms are available from 5.00 pm onwards.
- We ask you vacate your room by 10.00 am on last day of your stay.
- You can opt for a “half board” option, with affilated nearby restaurants and pizzerias.
- No tourist tax is applied in town of San Giorgio Lomellina.
- For newborns guest can request: crib, high chair, and bottle warmer.
- Children under 3 years of age stay free; children aged from 4 to 10 pay an additional fee of 20€.
- For extended stays, personalized pricing can be agreed.
- No smoking policy: smoking is legally prohibited in our house.
- We accept cash, PagoBancomat, credit cards or bank transfers.
- Our house is “PET FRIENDLY”, i.e. no price supplement is applied. Pets that are not too large are welcome (they must be clean and must not cause any damage to the furniture or premises).
- Free parking is available next to our house entrance.
- Our house has external video camera surveillance.
- Guests can also make use of an adjacent private car park upon request (for a small additional charge). This 500 m2 parking area is always available, locked and isolated; the entrance is 6 m in width, with CTV camera surveillance.
- All guests must provide a valid identity document on arrival, necessary for registering in accordance with legal provisions in force.
- Personal data for guests are processed in compliance with privacy laws in force.
- Guests are handed keys to their room and the front door. Please be careful not to lose your keys, as this will entail a penality.
- Our guests can come and go as they please, our house does not observe any time restrictions.
